Task

Once a year, the world of rheumatologists rotates around the ACR Congress of the American College of Rheumatology. Interface has been entrusted with an exciting task since 2006. This time, 25 leading opinion builders from the field of rheumatology were to be supervised and assisted. A good opportunity to make the experience perfect with the highest standards of organisation and services.

Implementation

After being picked up from the airport by shuttle, guests were welcomed at the private hospitality desk. All documents for the conference were ready and waiting. All other details for a successful event, internal meetings and an evening meal were prepared.

Result

The many years of organisational experience in the US paid off: thanks to valuable insider tips, the participants experienced perfect all-round care in addition to scientific inspiration and left the conference with an experience that will be remembered.
