Task
People are the most important factor for success. Even more important is the gratitude for services provided. Getting this across to 300 people at the same time and the desire to create new goals is a wonderful task.
Implementation
An unforgettable event in which one program item followed the other. In more than 30 classrooms, plenary lectures, workshops and meetings took place in rotation. The high point was the raft building, a Guinness Book event in which the biggest lake raft was constructed. It was a spectacle which connected and united. And lots of discussion was guaranteed at the final event in the specially built Wild West environment including an Old West village, a Native American tepee, bull riding and real animals. With line dancing, gazpacho, grilled meat and good conversation, the experience wound down at the campfire.
Result
Four full days, 40 rafts, smiling faces and a new sense of team spirit.
